New, haven't tried it wet or in the shower yet! Has the outside cutting edge for sideburns, and extra foil covers and a tiny brush for cleaning. It is an electric charge for the battery, comes with the power cord. Haven't tried it to see if it works while plugged in. Great price, so thought to give it a go. Lightweight, good gripping feel to it.

Great Little Shaver
I was intrigued by such a low price for an electric shaver and decided to try it. It delivers a good shave once you learn how to use it. You must keep it180 degrees from the area you are shaving, also keeping your skin tight at that location. I bought it as a back up but use it as my primary shaver now. I bought a second to insure I will have one handy. Great little shaver!!!

can it be charged with 220V?

BEST ANSWER: NO, It is a 110/120v volt shaver. There are probably adaptors available that will convert 220v to 110/120v but I've never needed one so I don't know for sure. I have heard a criticism that you need to go over some facial areas a couple times. EVERY shaver needs that to be done, otherwise it would only take 1 or 2 minutes to shave!

Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?

No, actually it's an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren't offered by manufacturers like accidental damage.

What’s the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?

A Replacement Plan is available for products under $250. If the product fails, you will receive a check for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.
A Repair Plan is for products over $250 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it!

How am I covered?

For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.

Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?

Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.

Is my product covered if it’s stolen or if I lose it?

Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

Is there a deductible?

Zero dollar deductible for the Replacement Plans and the Repair Plans.
