Holiday Return Policy:
Purchases made between 11/23/2017 (Thanksgiving) through 12/25/2017 (Christmas) may be returned through January 31st, 2018.
Our standard return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning December 26th 2017
Standard Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return/replacement policy, if you are unhappy with your product or your product is defective within 30 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at [email protected] for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). When contacting Customer Service, please be sure to include the following:
The product you wish to return
Reason for return (Please specify)
If the product has been opened
Would you prefer a refund or an exchange (we cannot guarantee availability)
Please note that return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.
If you receive any product that is damaged, then you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and follow the return procedures above.
Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Any item returned that is not in resalable condition, may be rejected.
